Just a quick update for you all 💃 Our lash manufacturer has received our boxes and has started packing our lashes. HOORAY! 🎉 They will finish packing our lashes and shipping to our warehouse on Monday and we anticipate them to arrive at our warehouse on Wednesday. We will be shipping immediately after they arrive. Only a matter of DAYS now! 😍
If you need to change your address, please message us on Kickstarter with your new address so we can update it for you and ensure HiLashes is delivered to you safely 🏡 A link to track your HiLashes will be sent to you via email when we ship 😃💌
We are SOOO excited for you all to wear HiLashes. We have included a link to the "how-to-apply" video on the instruction manual included in your package to assist you with your application. We highly recommend you watch the video when you receive your lashes for the perfect application 🙌
We will be now collecting payments for add-ons so we can confirm your orders and start shipping ✈️

Hey HiLashes Fam!
🚨Warning 🚨This update is a long one, but it's worth the read, I promise!
Although it may seem like we have gone AWOL.. we have been here the entire time, developing HiLashes and striving to meet your standards. Thank you most importantly for trusting that we are delivering to you even though our updates are a lot less frequent. We have been so focused on developing HiLashes as quickly as possible and making these updates as jam-packed with information as possible 🙏
Now for the fun part! 😄...
We would like to show you what we have done so far, and what is left to be done so you know EXACTLY where HiLashes is at ✨
✅ We are thrilled to tell you that our packaging is now completed! Our factory is now manufacturing the outer boxes. The outer box is necessary to protect the packaging during shipment and comes in a shiny rainbow holographic style as you can see in the video.
✅ Remember how we mentioned we were updating our applicator design. Good news - Our applicators are ready! The wording will ensure you know which eye to apply to. It's a little thought in the design that makes HiLashes even easier to apply and the shimmery silver foil looks so elegant.
✅ Our travel mirrors and lash baths have been sent to our warehouse to be shipped with your parcels ✈️
✅ Our lashes have been manufactured and are ready to be packed. Check out the video below for a glimpse!
✅ We filmed a how-to video for you to watch below. We will shortly be filming a more detailed video explaining how to apply HiLashes and how to care for your HiLashes. The video link to the more in-depth instructions will be on your instruction manual when your lashes arrive 🤗
Here is what we have left to do before we deliver to you! This list is very small… which means we are SUPER close!! 😁
✅The outer boxes are being manufactured as we speak. Our packaging manufacturer says they will be ready by November 30th
✅When the outer boxes are ready, our packaging and applicators will be shipped to our lash manufacturer on Monday the 2nd of December
✅Our lash manufacturer says they will need one week to assemble the lashes and applicators into our delightful boxes. When ready, we will ship HiLashes to our warehouse to ship to you. Awesome! 🙌
New Dates: All orders will be shipped via express registered post. We are anticipating shipments to begin on the 15th of December considering the time our manufacturers need to assemble HiLashes together. Rest assured, we have been working at an incredibly fast pace and we are doing our best to ship as soon as we can ✈️
We are working on being with you every step of the way of your Hilashes journey, even after you receive HiLashes at your doorstep. This means creating video content to assist with your application, and arranging one on one Skype calls if any of you need assistance with your application. We did this in our last project and it was such a privilege to be able to connect with some of you one on one so we’d really love to do this again 😀
Thank you for your patience and understanding with us during the final stages of production. We are just as excited as you are to get HiLashes to your doorstep! We are almost there, your HiLashes will arrive very soon ✨

Just an update to keep you informed
Lash update: Our lashes have been manufactured and are waiting to be packaged into our delightful box. HOORAY!
Applicator update: Our team has decided to add indicators onto the applicator for the left and right eye, making application more convenient. We all agreed on this new upgrade to HiLashes even considering the slight delay as it will make application even easier ✨
Here is the new CAD. The applicator will be white, and the words will be a shiny silver. Our applicator creator is currently working on it as we speak 👷🏼♂
Packaging update: As our box is very unique and takes special manufacturing requirements, our factory is taking a little longer than they anticipated. We couldn’t post an update sooner, as we were waiting for the date of packaging completion. Rest assured you will receive your HiLashes before Christmas🎄this is our second Kickstarter campaign, our first did come with slight delays and we did deliver before Christmas so please be patient with us as this process needs to be done with care 😇
We have been given an estimated date of the 5th of December for HiLashes to arrive at our warehouse from our manufacturer. All orders will be shipped within 2 days of reaching our warehouse via express registered post ✈️
We will not be collecting payments for add-ons until right before we deliver to you. We will notify you all before we do collect payments for add ons which will be right before we begin shipments 😊 📬

Exciting Production 👩🏭 And Important Survey Update 😃

It's great to see so many of you have responded to the survey. We’d like to thank you all for being so prompt as it helps us undertake a great delivery!
We are currently cracking down on production to meet our delivery deadline of late October. The HiLashes team is busy working hard on getting our product manufactured to perfection! Check out how our signature applicators are made 😮
This process is called injection moulding 🙌First we created our mould according to our design to achieve the signature curvy shape of HiLashes applicator... Similar to how a cupcake mould shapes a cupcake! 🍰
Our magnetic strips are cut to size and then... ✨ ... then we add our soft, plush fabric on top afterward so it comes out looking like this! 😍
Important Survey Update: Surveys will be finalized on Monday the 23rd of September and payments for add-ons will be collected on Thursday the 26th of September. Monday will be the last day to add on any extras such as our lash bath 🛁and glowing travel mirror ✈️ so please add on any extras you like before Monday the 23rd of September as we will not be able to take any orders for add-ons after this date and we don't want anyone to miss out 😊Shipping for add-ons is free! ✌
